No Returns or Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the Dozzz Sleep Eye Mask has been opened or used.
For clarity, we consider a product to be opened if the tissue paper seal inside the packaging has been unwrapped or tampered with. This is to ensure every customer receives a fresh, hygienic product.
Each mask is carefully inspected and packaged to meet our strict quality standards before shipping.
Faulty or Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’re here to help. Please contact us at pillowtalk@dozzz.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
