Shipping Method
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 24-Hour Signed For Delivery. This is a tracked and signed-for service. Due to the nature of our product (not being letterbox-friendly), someone must be present to accept the delivery.
Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available on orders of £70 or more.

For orders under £70, a £4.99 shipping fee applies. This covers express tracked delivery via Royal Mail’s 24-Hour Signed For service.
Order Cut-Off Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes & Delays
Royal Mail’s 24-Hour service typically delivers within 1 working day, but this is not a guaranteed next-day service.
If you’ve paid for delivery and your item hasn’t arrived within the timeframe shown on the courier’s tracking or status update, please contact us at pillowtalk@dozzz.co.uk so we can help investigate.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier, once your order has been dispatched on time from our end.

If the courier attempts delivery and no one is available, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection. Missed deliveries are not grounds for a refund.
Missed Deliveries
As our product requires a signature, please ensure someone is available to receive it. If delivery is missed, Royal Mail will leave instructions for re-delivery or collection. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up in such cases.
